Places must be booked in advance by email or phone
A medical screening form is filled in by email or phone call before starting the first class
Payment for 6 weeks in advance by bank transfer if possible or brought to class in an envelope (payment for classes which are missed can be carried over to the next block)
Please bring your own mat
Masks should be worn on entering and leaving the class
Hands should be sanitised on entering and leaving the building
In line with goverment advice please don't come to a class if
You have a temperature
A new and persistant cough
Loss of taste or smell
You have been told to self isolate
